The Board has recently completed the 22nd and last Volume of Urdu Lughat on Historical Principles, on the lines of Greater Oxford Dictionary. This Lughat not only records each and every word of Urdu, the National Language of Pakistan, it also gives quotations from the books of authors / poets to explain and authenticate the meaning and usage of a particular word.
